Christmas Cards: The thrifty way

So this is my first year making christmas cards. I figured since I have a really cute baby now that I couldn't deprive the world of her adorableness.

I ordered a few different ones. Why you may ask? Because I have to be extra thrifty and all of the following cards I got for free, or just had to pay shipping for. How did I do it? Well my favorite site is Shutterfly.  They have a bunch of deals always going on including free photobooks, calendars, cards, etc... I order from them regularly.

And then there is tiny prints. I like their options for card layouts, but the printing was not as good as shutterfly and their shipping was ridiculous. $11 for 10 cards and envelopes.

My last card was ordered from CardStore. This one was my favorite. They had a deal going where not only was the card free, but shipping was and they labeled the cards for free (neither of the other deals did that).

Unfortunately, I don't have a picture of it here. I'll post it when I can.

How can you find out about deals too? You can subscribe to shutterfly and they will email you deals. And one of my new favorite blogs called http://freebies2deals.com/  posts deals all the time (thats how I found out about the others). You can also follow any of these companies on facebook.

Good luck deal finding and Merry Christmas!

P.s. If you'd like me to email you these photo cards and our Christmas letter post your email in the comment box and I'll send one your way.

  1. So pretty! Dang it. I wish I had kept up-to-date with your blog so I could've gotten some of these deals! Ours wasn't bad, I got the template from pinterest, but still, I like your designs better! Maybe next year!
